News Letter - May 2024
Hello!
It’s been a little while since I’ve given you a newsletter and proper update.
I have just announced the full tour schedule for the summer season. It’s full with bike tours and walking tours, which I’ve been excited to roll out for general admission for a long while now.
To get to this point, I needed to have a base, which a couple of weeks back we moved into - we now have an office in The Baltic Triangle in Ryde Cafe (Northern Lights). The welcome we’ve had has been lovely and we look forward to being part of the community there.
I can’t wait to welcome you to the office as a customer or as a guest, they do an incredible hot chocolate in the cafe here, so if you want to pop in for a chat, just drop me a message.
So far we have a small fleet of E-Bikes and we will be expanding soon. The current general admission tour options for the bikes are:
The City&Beatle Tour - I like to think of this as a south Liverpool tour, exploring 3 different parks, the entire promenade, the city centre and The Beatles locations that I’ve been to thousands of times!
The City&Football Tour - I think of this one as a real North Liverpool tour. Everton brow, the stadiums, the politics, the people and religious history that created our football clubs. I designed this E-Bike Tour near 2 years ago now and I’m delighted to have it out there at long last!
The walking tour options are vast, but I’ve only advertised the Walking Beatles Tour so far - but more will come soon. The Walking Beatle Tour is great fun, it includes pub stops and hidden gems in the city centre, so far it has been great fun to do. I am getting lots of attention from major corporate clients for this tour so I am sure it will soon be really busy.
But the last couple of things I wish to update you with, I have had a minor change with the brand - Liverpool Eco Tours Ltd is a company with so much potential for growth and for good, but I’m aware people have been confused because of the connection to me personally and the fact that I work across the industry in a capacity aside from Liverpool Eco Tours.
So I’ve decided that moving forward I will advertise the tours I do myself separately, so Liverpool Eco Tours can grow on its own and most importantly, stay true to being green and clean!
I will be training tour guides soon and they deserve to be part of a strong company that isn’t just associated with my name. This also includes our new director, who I welcome to the company and I’m excited for making this happen together! The team is growing and it is very exciting!
So Liverpool Eco Tours will continue to grow, in the meantime Dale Liverpool is a “brand” name I’ve ran under for a while, people know me for tours so it made sense to use it to identify tours that I do across the industry, so for anyone who wants a tour specifically with me I’ll advertise them through my socials and on the tab I have created on this website.
But for now we go all in with the incredibly exciting summer season that is ahead of us, I am sure it will be hard work and many more announcements will come, who knows… I may even end up doing a Taylor Swift tour! You never know!
Here is to a great run up to summer!
